This is an unfinished maquette for a larger statue of Mary and Joseph for a Nativity scene.

Modelled in cardboard, this piece was created during lockdown when other sculpting materials were hard to source.  Cardboard became a wonderfully quick and immediate material to work with, which offers the subject a life of its own
